Gusty Late-Season Snowstorm Impacts Upstate New York

A late-season snowstorm impacted upstate New York on Tuesday, April 19.

The National Weather Service (NWS) reported a heavy snow band moving through the Twin Tiers region, and issued a wind advisory for central New York and northeastern Pennsylvania until 9 pm.

Wind gusts could reach up to 40 mph, the NWS said.
