This Guy Asked For Extra Cream Cheese On His McDonald's Bagel And Got An Insanely Thick Layer
If you asked someone to put extra cream cheese on your bagel, how much would you hope they add? One more knife-full than the norm? Another layer? Well, one McDonaldโs customer asked for just that โ extra cream cheese โ and was given an incredibly ridiculous amount of cream cheese. The layer was literally as thick as the bagel itself, maybe even more so. As this is clearly something the world needed to see, the customer shared the McMonstrosity on Twitter for all of us to enjoy.
More photos of this monstrosity. I ordered extra cream cheese as they usually just apply it like butter, but this is clearly just an exercise in passive-aggressiveness. How do I possibly eat this? pic.twitter.com/XM70yMrnqp

In a Twitter thread, Bryan Passifiume โ victim of the cream cheese overflow โ wrote that he asked for extra cream cheese, because the workers usually โjust apply it like butter.โ He goes on to say that โthis is clearly just an exercise in passive-aggressiveness.โ
He didnโt stop there, though. He did a full on photo shoot highlighting the insane creation by comparing it to items around his office including a mini football, baseball cap, bell, and hockey puck. His coworkers even stopped by his desk to pose with it. Itโs truly even more absurd when itโs not standing alone!
Since I obviously canโt eat this, Iโm spending the morning comparing the girth of my McMonstrosity to items I find in the newsroom. Here it is next to my novelty Calgary Sun Stampeders football pic.twitter.com/pawjJSyrpk

Now, although I was not there to witness this whole bagel ordering situation go down, might I suggest this may have been a deed of generosity? Technically, you can always take some of the cream cheese off, but you can't magically make more appear if there isnโt enough. Yes, that would be a waste, but it could be the thought process here! If this is genuinely what the worker thought he wanted, then I have many questions. I guess the lesson here is to be more specific!
