Gwyneth Paltrow is a woman who knows how to get the media's attention, and her recent 'make-up-free' party was a case in point.

Her guests included close friend Kate Hudson and fellow actress Demi Moore.

Guests were encouraged to arrived fresh faced, for what Paltrow described as: 'A beautiful gathering in celebration of beauty, just the way we come'.

Prior to the event, guests were gifted the three-piece Goop Glow starter kit, containing a five-pack of skin-supporting ingestible powder supplements, an overnight peel and 'body luminiser' to prepare their skin for the evening.

The night itself included a Goop-approved menu, featuring antioxidant-boosting dishes such as greens with a tarragon dressing and salmon steak with kale, to boost skin and gut health.

And if that wasn’t Goop enough, Chinese medicine practitioner Laura Erlich offered ear-seed treatments to target stress, sleep, and anxiety in-between courses.

Demi Moore shared her thoughts on the makeup-free evening by taking to Instagram to say:

'What an incredible night makeup-free with these extraordinary women. I feel so nourished and full of joy.

'Beauty is more than what you see, it is what you feel. So grateful to be included in such a powerful, memorable and meaningful evening! #goopglow'.
