Gwyneth Paltrow marks son Moses' 15th birthday with sweet message

Gwyneth Paltrow has wished her son Moses a happy 15th birthday with a touching message to social media.

The 48-year-old described the teenager, whose father is Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, as the "most brilliant guy ever" in an Instagram post.

"Holy Moses I can’t believe you are 15 today," she wrote. "You are the dreamiest, sweetest, most brilliant guy ever. I love you so much, you can’t fathom it. Happy birthday you little shredder 💙."

Paltrow accompanied her post with two pictures of Moses, one close-up of him and another of him skateboarding.

She previously told US TV host Jimmy Fallon that Moses had used skateboarding as an outlet during the pandemic, stating: “What’s great is that he’s a skateboarder, so he can do a lot of solo, outside exercise and work on skills and tricks and stuff like that.

“But I think it’s very hard to be 14 and it’s tough on the ones that are still in the most intense developmental stages, I sort of observed.”

The Oscar-winner also shares 16-year-old daughter Apple with Martin, whom she split from in 2014 after 10 years of marriage with a divorce finalised in 2016.

Paltrow went on to marry producer Brad Falchuk in 2018. Meanwhile, Martin is currently in a relationship with Fifty Shades of Grey actor Dakota Johnson.

Marking her own birthday last September, Paltrow stripped off for an almost-nude photo and credited a product from her Goop range with giving her the confidence to do so.

“In nothing but my birthday suit today... thank you all so much for the birthday wishes and thank you to Goop‘s insanely amazing brand new body butter for making me think I can still get my kit off. #goopgenes,” she wrote.
