Gwyneth Paltrow ‘Planning Self-Help Manual On How To Have A Perfect Divorce And Great Sex’

Chris Martin will wince.

But his ex Gwyneth Paltrow is said to be writing a self-help book to show readers how to obtain the “perfect divorce and sex life”.

The Iron Man 3 actress, 43, is keen to pass on the knowledge she gained after splitting from husband Chris Martin, and will apparently pay close attention to “caring for yourself”.

A source told Grazia magazine about her plans: “Gwyneth has told friends she couldn’t have got through the last year without self-help.”

And Paltrow, above, and below with Martin, is set to be be honest about intimate matters.

The source added: “She is not pulling punches and will go into detail about the healing powers of a healthy sex life.”

Martin, 39, is seeing actress Annabelle Wallis while Paltrow is now dating TV producer Brad Falchuk – and has admitted she’s not adverse to the idea of a second marriage.
