Yahoo News Hail Falls on Los Angeles as Rare Blizzard Warning Issued in Southern California
Hail and snow fell on Los Angeles, California, as the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a rare blizzard warning in southern California through Saturday, February 25.
Footage posted to Twitter by Dwight Blanche shows precipitation collecting on a patio in Los Angeles.
The NWS also issued a wind advisory in the region and said gusty winds would blow around unsecured objects and make driving difficult.
