Halle Berry's Friends Say Daughter Nahla Is Being Used As A Pawn In Battle Against Gabriel Aubry

Gabriel Aubry’s face might suggest he is the one suffering most in the custody and relocation battle involving Halle Berry, her daughter and fiancé Olivier Martinez.

But friends worry four-year-old Nahla will be the one who ends up most damaged from the drama.

Olivier, 46, and Gabriel, 36, both sustained serious injuries from a Thanksgiving Day brawl after Halle, 46, recently lost a court petition to move full-time with her daughter to France, her husband-to-be.

An emergency restraining order keeping French-Canadian model Gabriel away from the Oscar-winning actress, her actor partner and his own daughter expired on Thursday, and we are yet to hear whether either of the men will be charged in the assault.

A pal told I: "They keep playing this game and Nahla is used as a pawn. It's her I feel sorry for."

Another source added: "All [Halle] wants is a normal family life."
