Private audiences in Los Angeles and New York City will this week view Bearing Witness, a 43-minute montage of graphic videos images assembled by the Israeli Defense Forces from the Oct. 7 Hamas terrorist attacks on southern Israel.
Golda director Guy Nattiv on Instagram pointed to the upcoming screenings for the graphic video footage — including from Hamas body cams and dashboard cams. The film account of atrocities from the terrorist attacks on southern Israel was first shown to visiting politicians and other dignitaries in Israel and select audiences at the U.S. Consulate in New York City.

“We are holding a private screening of footage documenting the atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023. WARNING: The footage is extremely graphic and violent, including videos of murdered filmed by Hamas terrorists,” Nattiv said on his Instagram page.
The location and times for the private screenings have been withheld for security reasons.
Widening screenings for Bearing Witness follow the terrorist assaults on Oct. 7 that led to the death of around 1,400 people, mostly civilians, and around 240 hostages taken, and the mounting of an ongoing retaliation campaign by the IDF in Gaza.
As part of Bearing Witness, Nattiv told the story of his grandfather and his family’s experience of the Holocaust, and how the events of Oct. 7 brought home to the Israeli director how European Jewry struggled during World War II.
