Hannah Einbinder Borrowed Some Vance Glam for the Emmys
Onscreen, actress Hannah Einbinder keeps things casual, playing the role of her Hacks character, comedy writer Ava.
But she brought her style A-game this evening as she walked the Emmy's red carpet.
For the awards show, Einbinder wore a drapey blush Louis Vuitton gown. The one-shoulder style had a romantic, classical feel with a swooping neckline that crossed back over one shoulder—think: Greek goddess by way of a French salon. She kept everything else pared-back with simple, almost undone waves worn in a middle part that offered a very "I woke up like this" feel, blush and lipstick in same dusty pink tones as her gown, and extremely understated jewelry—most notably a glittering diamond ring worn on her forefinger.
Along with fellow Hacks star Jean Smart, Eibinder is eyeing an award this year—tonight's nomination marks her third Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series Emmy nod for the show. She was previously nominated for the category in 2021 and 2022, though it's an especially competitive one this year, including the likes of Carol Burnett (competing for Palm Royale), Sheryl Lee Ralph (Abbott Elementary), and Meryl Streep (Only Murders in the Building.)
Hacks was nominated for 16 awards overall in 2024, including Smart who is up for her third Outstanding Lead Actress award for the show, as well as Outstanding Supporting Actor for Paul W. Downs, Outstanding Guest Actor and Actress nominations for Christopher Lloyd and Kaitlin Olson respectively, and Outstanding Comedy Series.
