Harry Makes Most Of Australia Army Attachment

The Australian Army has released new pictures of Prince Harry on his training attachment with its forces in Darwin.

The prince, who leaves the military for good in June, has spent the last two weeks participating in day-to-day soldiering activities and physical training sessions with the 1st Brigade.

His attachment has seen him undertake flight simulation training and take part in live-fire exercises in an armed reconnaissance helicopter.

Earlier this week he joined a wheelchair version of Australian Football League with some of the army's wounded, injured and ill service people from the Soldier Recovery Centre and the 1st Brigade.

Harry, who is a captain in the British Army, was also trained in bush survival, with lessons including how to source food and water.

He then headed out on patrol with members of the force, spending two nights camping out in the remote Kununurra region.

The prince is in Australia on a four-week attachment before he finally leaves the military in June after 10 years' service.
