Harry Potter fans can compete against each other for a good cause, all in aid of Sport Relief's Billion Steps Challenge.

A new step-counting app has been launched for the challenge that runs from March 17-23 and within the app, there's a special Hogwarts League where you can pledge allegiance to your Hogwarts house that you have been sorted into on Pottermore.

So whether you're Team Ravenclaw, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Gryffindor, stick up for your Hogwarts house and download the app from the Sport Relief website for free. You can even be sponsored for joining the challenge to raise money for Sport Relief.

Harry Potter fans can also raise money for Comic Relief and JK Rowling's charity Lumos by buying the new audiobook of Quidditch Through the Ages, which was launched last night (March 15) in London with the world's largest ever immersive 360 degree sound experience.

The audiobook is narrated by The Walking Dead's Andrew Lincoln and also includes special features like a commentary from Ginny Pooter and Rita Skeeter of the 2014 Quidditch World Cup Final between Bulgaria and Brazil.

For the special event, a specially created rig of 38 speakers saw no two parts of the venue sounding the same, transporting the listeners into the Wizarding World.

Quidditch Through the Ages is available to download from Audible and Pottermore.

The 2018 Sport Relief telethon will air on Friday, March 23 on BBC One, and you can do your part by making a donation to Sport Relief, which provides vital funding to charities across the UK. To contribute, all you have to do is click here.
