Harry Styles has now made his much-anticipated debut solo appearance on Saturday Night Live, with the One Direction star joining Jimmy Fallon for a variety of hilarious sketches as well as a performance of his number one single, ‘Sign Of The Times’, and a shiny new track, ‘Ever Since New York’.
Saturday Night Live have been bigging up Harry’s exciting appearance all week with some pretty incredible promo videos of Harry dressed in his finest, Gucci pink shirt and striking a variety of poses – but nobody was prepared for just how incredible last night would be.
As well as his two showstopping performances, Harry got a chance to show off his brilliant sense of humour as he impersonated his celebrity doppelganger, Mick Jagger, for a ‘Family Feud’ sketch.
Needless to say, the star’s fans were absolutely loving it and many took to Twitter to express their delight and excitement:

However, as well as his already established followers, Harry’s SNL appearance also secured him some new fans, with many viewers taking to social media to tweet that they never knew how bloomin’ talented the 23-year-old singer is:

And, above all, his mother, Anne Twist, took to Twitter to showcase her pride, admitting that she “couldn’t sleep” after all of the excitement – and we certainly can’t blame her.
