Heartstopper's Joe Locke and Kit Connor giggle through "cringe" scene in season 2
Heartstopper has released a new blooper reel from season 2, which includes stars Joe Locke and Kit Connor giggling through a "cringe" scene.
The hit Netflix show premiered its second outing last month, and now the streamer has delighted us all with some hilarious behind-the-scenes antics from the series' stars.
One scene included in the compilation involves the two main actors (who play Charlie Spring and Nick Nelson) holding each other while being forced to stay still for the cameras, Joe asking: "Have you ever cringed so much in your life?"

However, Kit smooths things out by declaring: "Just enjoy it, Joe."
"I'm enjoying it," Joe goes on to joke as the two try to hold back giggles. "I'm enjoying being this close to you."
The pair are later told that a bubble machine is about to be activated, a surprised Kit admitting: "I wasn't told about a bubble machine…."

Following on from season 2, things are already in gear for Heartstopper's third season, with Netflix recently confirming the title of the first episode, 'Love'.
Speaking last month about the next episodes, creator Alice Oseman told Metro: "There’s a lot of story left for the show to go into season three.
"In season two we’ve started to explore mental health in a big way, and I think it’s pretty obvious from the way we leave the season that is going to be a big element of season three.

“We’re going to continue to look at that in a big way and explore how that affects Nick and Charlie’s relationship, and all of the other friendships in the show.
"So people who’ve read volume four will have a little bit of an idea of what is coming. I’m really excited to take the show into that new place."
Heartstopper seasons 1-2 are streaming now on Netflix.
