This is the tear-jerking moment a girl is welcomed home from her last chemotherapy session to a surprise parade of friends who were self-isolating due to coronavirus.

April Danz posted footage of her daughter Coco's reaction as she realises the street they are driving down is lined with people cheering and waving from their cars.

The young girl quickly bursts into tears as the surprise parade unfolds.

Signs and balloons cover the vehicles as friends welcome Coco home, celebrating the landmark moment in her battle against cancer.

As Coco's family drive on, more and more cars can be seen flooding the road revealing more and more people who turned up to show their support.

Ms Danz shared the video in response to actor and director John Krasinski, who tweeted asking for "stories that have made you feel good this week" amid all the Covid-19 news.
