A heavily pregnant Pippa Middleton has reportedly been seen entering the Lindo Wing maternity unit in central London alongside her husband James Matthews.

The Duchess of Cambridge’s younger sister, who attended the Royal Wedding on Friday, was smiling as she walked into St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, according to the Daily Mail.

A picture showed her financier husband carrying two holdalls as he walked into the £7,500-a-night unit where Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte were born.

Pippa, 35, was reportedly wearing a blue dress with white shoes and sunglasses. The pair have previously visited the Lindo Wing on October 2.

It comes hours after her brother-in-law Prince Harry announced he was expecting a baby with his wife Meghan Markle .

Pippa confirmed she was pregnant with her first child in June and reports at the time suggested the baby would be born in October.

She announced the "happy news" in a fitness column she writes for Waitrose's Weekend magazine.

Pippa has talked about using medication to cope with pregnancy, having seen her older sister Kate experience severe morning sickness at the start of all three of her pregnancies.

She was a surprise appearance at the wedding of Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank in Windsor on Friday following rumours she could be forced to sit out the occasion due to her pregnancy.

She wore a bottle green dress and matching hat and looked in good spirits on the day.

Pippa and James, who live in a mansion in west London, got married in May last year.
