Heavy Flooding Wreaks Havoc Across Eastern Kentucky

Heavy rain caused flooding in eastern Kentucky on Monday, March 1, wreaking havoc across the state as buildings and homes were inundated with water.

This video shows heavy flooding along the South Fork Kentucky River in Booneville.
