Heavy Rain Causes Flash Flooding in Texas

Heavy rain over parts of southeastern Texas caused hazardous flash flooding on Saturday morning, May 1, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Footage taken on Saturday morning shows the accumulating rainwater in Beasley.
