The US National Weather Service issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Florida as motorists experienced poor visibility and heavy rain on June 3.
Twitter user PhotographicFloridian recorded a video of almost blinding rain on I-75 where visibility was minimal.
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) predicted 6 to 10 inches of rain would fall, while some areas will experience a maximum of 15 inches. Wind speeds could reach a maximum of 40 mph.
