Heavy Rain Inundates Northwestern Arkansas

Flash flooding affected parts of northwest Arkansas on Thursday morning, May 5, following heavy rain overnight.

This footage was posted to Twitter by user @ShaymWC911, who said it was taken in the town of Elm Springs, northwest of Fayetteville.
