Heavy rain soaked parts of southern Texas on Friday, October 28, as stormy weather, including heavy wind and lightning, moved through the state, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

This footage was captured by Twitter user @Radi_WX, who said they filmed it in Houston on Friday afternoon.
