Heavy Rainfall Floods Colonial Village in Central Kentucky

Heavy rainfall flooded a colonial village in Bardstown, Kentucky, on September 15, as the National Weather Service warned of flash flooding in the area.

Several log structures dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries, according to the village’s museum, were partially submerged.
