Heavy Snow Blankets Parts of Massachusetts as Nor'easter Moves Across Northeast

Most of Massachusetts was expected to see snow at some point on Tuesday, March 14, as a nor’easter moved across the northeast.

Footage filmed by Twitter user @Rafysh17 shows heavy snow falling in Fitchburg.

The National Weather Service (NWS) forecast snow accumulations of five to 10 inches in the lower elevations and 20-30 inches of snow for areas above 1,000 feet.

Local news outlet Boston 25 reported more than 70,000 power outages due to the bad weather.
