Celebs Go Dating star Helen Flanagan has issued an apology following a date that turned from flirty to awkward.
Tonight's (August 28) episode of the dating show saw former Coronation Street star Helen head to the agency to speak to dating experts Anna Williamson and Dr. Tara Suwinyattichaiporn about what went wrong during her previous date with physiotherapist Luke.
Beginning their conversation, Helen described her date with Luke as "flirty," explaining that the pair even shared a kiss.

According to Helen, it was the 11-year age gap between the pair that eventually proved too much, and things took a U-turn before the date had even ended.
"I tried to be open-minded, but the conversation was running short of things to talk about," she explained. "I just realised it was just flirtation."
Following the date, the experts decided it was time to call Luke and get his feedback while an embarrassed Helen sat and listened. "Are you kidding me," she said. "I am dreading speaking to Luke. Can't we do this by email?"

Luke's feedback: "I felt the date went well, a lot of flirting going on and the odd kiss here and there, and then it just stopped out of nowhere."
After Luke said it left him feeling "deflated," Helen was handed the phone. She apologised to Luke, saying: "I am so sorry, I'm really, really gutted that I made you feel that way. So I really am sorry."
Following the awkward exchange, Helen told the agents: "I'm kind of a bit disappointed in myself that I hurt someone's feelings like that, but I'm going to learn from that."
After deciding that Helen is a "MILF", Anna and Dr Tara said that they would set her up with a "DILF" — a 36-year-old father named Danny, who Helen described as "fit".
