Helen George is perhaps best known to viewers for playing Nurse Trixie Franklin in Call The Midwife, but of course, she's also starred in another hit BBC One programme.

In 2015, Helen competed in Strictly Come Dancing, placing sixth with partner Aljaž Skorjanec.

Although it's been five years since the actor's time on Strictly, she clearly looks back with fond memories. In fact, she's shared a sweet throwback picture to remember her time on the show, and raise awareness for an important cause.

Helen shared a black and white photo of herself on social media, writing: "I love this photo, my first in full slap for #Strictly. Thank god this is black & white because my tan was pretty orange."

As well as paying tribute to her Strictly days, Helen's post is in support of an important cause.

Helen explained she shared the photo in support of the initiative #TakeAMoment4Mind and encouraged others to do the same.

Photographer Ray Burmiston has taken images of hundreds of famous faces with their eyes shut. The images are being shared in the 'Take a Moment' virtual exhibition, and members of the public are being encouraged to upload their own photo to raise funds and awareness for mental health charity Mind.
