Megan Barton Hanson was noticeably absent during yesterday's (January 20) Dancing on Ice, not appearing in the audience to support boyfriend Wes Nelson.
The Love Island couple have caused a bit of heat on the dance show since it began, with Megan slamming Wes' dance partner Vanessa Bauer on Instagram over a so-called "tactical" break-up from her boyfriend just before 2019's series began.
Predictably, this sparked speculation that it might have something to do with Megan's recent no-show.
Wel, it appears not, as Wes explained via his Instagram story: "Shattered now. Can't wait to get back to @meganbartonhanson_ She's been so unwell today make sure you send her a kind message."
The caption came alongside an image of the pair enjoying a night out together.
Megan recently appeared on Loose Women to reflect on the awkward situation, explaining how although Wes invited her to watch his training sessions with Vanessa, she'd have liked the latter to reach out directly.
"If you're gonna spend three months with someone, 10 hours a day, it would just be natural [to speak to their partner]," she suggested. "As a woman, she should have reached out to me and introduced herself to me."
