Hilaria Baldwin shares post-baby selfie

You can’t go online without clapping your eyes on a celebrity’s post-baby selfie these days.

The latest star to jump on the trend is Hilaria Bladwin, who’s stripped down to her undies to show us the effects giving birth to Leonardo last week has had on her body.

Answer: not much. Hurrah!

The 32-year-old yoga instructor, who’s married to 30 Rock actor Alec Baldwin, gave birth to the couple’s third child in New York last week. She’s been documenting her changing body shape throughout her nine-month term.

“Leo is 1 week! Staying with the purpose of showing getting back into shape post baby, I wanted to create a little photo show for you,” she told her Instagram followers.

“Carmen posed with me for my 1 week post delivery shot today. Then the little man himself, as we left the pediatrician today.”

Hilaria explained why she decided to take the intimate snaps, dismissing claims that the images are gratuitous.

“I took this yesterday when Leonardo was about 24 hours old. I did the same thing right after Rafael was born,” she told her followers.

“It always makes me a bit nervous to do something like this, but I feel that in the age of such strong body shaming, I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem.”
