Hilarious footage has been captured of a dog skateboarding around an east London park in front of astonished families.
The pug was filmed by several people in Stoke Newington as it wheeled around Clissold Park on Easter Sunday.
Cries of laughter could be heard as the dog was seen pushing off on the skateboard before careering off, barking as he went.
As other skateboarders went by and young children played, the talented pug kept at it for several minutes.
Mathew Tucker, who took the video, told the Standard: “He or she had attracted a small but very appreciative crowd next to the playground in Clissold Park.”
He said: “The doggy was in full flow when we got there. When we came back 10 minutes later we couldn't see him.
“I loved the way he picks the skateboard with his mouth and starts again. He gave little staccato barks of joy.”
Fellow park-goer Rachel Hardwick shared a video of the antics on Instagram from a different angle.
She wrote: “Sk8er doggo in Clissold Park yesterday.”
Although it was not clear who his owners were, the pooch appears to be Eric, a talented animal with a dedicated online following.
The animal even has his own Instagram account where a series of photos show him posing with a skateboard.
