Historic building and former Costa Coffee shop on sale as part of huge £7.5m property portfolio
A grade-II listed building in Cheltenham that used to be home to a coffee shop is among a prime portfolio of nine, mostly retail and leisure, properties across the UK with a collective £7.5m guide price, up for sale with Eddisons. The Regency-style Cheltenham property at 24, Promenade, which was formerly occupied by coffee chain Costa, is currently vacant and undergoing refurbishment.
Once let, it is expected to increase the portfolio’s total rental income from £550,000 to £610,000. The Stafford town centre branch of Barclays Bank, a Loungers venue in Malvern and two Costa outlets in Bolton and Norfolk, are also among the properties that make up the ‘Fenwall’ property portfolio.
Stephen Hawkins, Eddisons’ regional managing partner, said: “These are diverse and high-performing assets that we have been instructed to sell as a whole or individually. A strong tenant profile includes Costa, Vodafone, Barclays Bank, Loungers UK, restaurant chain Cote and health testing company Randox.

Costa fans don't have far to go in Cheltenham if they fancy a brew. There is one at 112-120 High Street, as well as one at the Tesco supermarket in Colletts Drive and a drive-through at Centrum Retail Park in Tewkesbury Road.
