'Historic' Flooding Damages Property in Eastern Kentucky

Historic flash flooding hit parts of Kentucky on July 28, killing at least 16 people and damaging homes and vehicles.

This footage, recorded by Jaden Pappenheim on July 29, shows a school bus pushed into a building along with several other structures and vehicles submerged in Perry County.

The National Weather Service has continued to warn of possible flash flooding in east and southeast Kentucky, warning residents to move to higher ground, and to avoid walking or driving through floodwaters.
