Historic Flooding Submerges Buildings in Abbotsford, British Columbia

Severe flooding continued to submerge areas of Abbotsford, British Columbia, on November 22.

Heavy rain from an atmospheric river over the Pacific Northwest brought historic flooding to British Columbia, reports said.

The City of Abbotsford extended its state of emergency until November 29.
