Holby City spoilers follow.

Holby City will be airing slightly later than usual tonight (March 16) as Cameron Dunn continues to hold Ange hostage.

The BBC medical drama has been pushed back slightly to 8.20pm, allowing a double-bill of EastEnders to air beforehand. This is due to the fact EastEnders won't be airing in its usual Friday night slot this week, because of Comic Relief.

Tonight's Holby City episode will see Cameron go to desperate measures to cover up his evil antics of late.

As he continues to hold a terrified Ange hostage, Cameron will attempt to manipulate his way into performing a high-stakes operation solo.

Discussing how far Cameron is willing to go, his actor Nic Jackman told Digital Spy: "I don't think he intends to kill her – that was never part of his plan.

"It's all just to buy him some time because if they can't talk to her, then they can't come after him. He wants time to get away and that's his plan at the moment – to keep her quiet. He wants enough time to get out of that place."

Ange isn't the only one who faces danger tonight, as Louis McGerry will also face a frightening situation at the hands of an old friend and patient called Vicky.

After Louis gets into an altercation with Vicky, Josh throws her off the ward. However, she later reappears seeking devastating revenge on Louis. Will he be okay?

Holby City airs these scenes tonight at 8.20pm on BBC One.
