Holby City's shock returnee Rosie Marcel has broken her silence following yesterday's (July 27) episode.

In the first five minutes, it was revealed that her character Jac Naylor (who's been away since January) was supplanting Henrik Hanssen as the NHS Improvement Director at the hospital.

Taking to Instagram shortly after Holby aired, Marcel addressed this big surprise.
