Yahoo News Holby City star Rosie Marcel previews Jac and Kian's future in new picture
Holby City star Rosie Marcel has dropped an interesting spoiler about her character Jac Naylor and Kian Madani.
Sharing on Instagram, Rosie offered a tease to what might be happening with Jac's love life in the future, posting a picture on Instagram of Jac getting very close with Kian (Ramin Karimloo).
"Is it? Could it really be? Are they? Aren't they? I think they are..... Or do I!!!" she captioned the photo.
The star made a second post this morning (January 22), this time commenting on the reaction.
"Wow! So this photo ruffled a few of your feathers last night... in a good and bad way," she wrote.

Fans have been reacting to the photo, with some supporting the idea of the pairing and others calling for Jac and Fletch to get together instead.
"Still holding out for Jac and Fletch!" said one person on Twitter, while another posted: "This has actually made my day!! I think I'm in the minority of one that prefers them together as opposed to Jac and Fletch."
Jac and Kian have been getting closer recently. Earlier this month, Jac saved Kian after he fell off a cliff edge in dramatic mountain scenes.
