Holiday park restaurant in North Wales named the best in the country
A restaurant on a North Wales holiday park has been named the best in the country. The World Culinary Awards are held in Dubai each year and name the best restaurants in nations across the world.
The culinary community, industry experts and consumers are invited to vote online to select the winners. This year saw Signatures in Conwy once again take the award for Wales’ Best Restaurant.
It is the third time on the row they've scooped the prize. They dedicated the award to a long time customer who passed away recently.

Other finalists included one Michelin star holder Sosban and the Old Butchers in Menai Bridge and two Michelin star Ynyshir near Machynlleth.
North Wales also came out on top in the hotel restaurant category with the Henry Robertson Dining Room at Pale Hall in Bala winning.
Signatures is owned and run by Jimmy and Louise Williams. It is based at Aberconwy Resort & Spa just outside Conwy and has an exceptional reputation locally.
Jimmy and Louise said: "We’ve done it! It goes without saying that we couldn’t have done this without the continued support of our fantastic team you are the heart of Signatures and yourselves our fabulous customers who are truly fantastic and are like family to us. Thank you so much for your votes.
"On a sad note we would like to dedicate this award to one of our special customers who sadly passed away yesterday at the ripe old age of 99. This one’s for you Frank."
