With Christmas Day looming, Holly Willoughby has been getting in the festive spirit by wearing a series of glittery outfits.

This week, the This Morning presenter has worn several jolly looks, including a Father Christmas-inspired all-red ensemble and a party-appropriative sequin skirt.

However, today Holly won over fans by showing off her perfect Christmas Day creation - a Ted Baker jumper paired with a pleated skirt, one of her trusty wardrobe staples.

The midi-skirt had been given a Christmassy makeover, boasting rich red hues and gold metallics all intertwined into a trendy striped pattern.

Holly waxed lyrical about her outfit on Instagram, saying "Good morning Thursday... so I’ve finally found my Christmas Day outfit... if I manage to get out of my pyjamas that is!"
