Willoughby, 36, who looked stunning in a monochrome stripe dress, was awarded with three gongs at the Grosvenor House bash on Tuesday afternoon, just hours after wrapping up her stint on This Morning.
The TV favourite was crowned TV Personality of the Year before taking to the stage for a second and third time to pick up the Digital and Daytime Programme gongs for Celebrity Juice and This Morning respectively.
She posted a picture of herself with her haul alongside the caption: "What a day... hat-tric(k) xxxx."
Coronation Street's Kym Marsh, who opted for a 60s vibe in a white mini dress, took home the Soap Personality gong after fighting off competition from her co-star Tina O'Brien and EastEnders veteran June Brown.
Speaking about her recent storyline, which saw her character Michelle give birth to a still born son, Marsh said: “We’re absolutely delighted with the way our storyline has been received, it was obviously something very close to mine and Simon’s heart.
"All we wanted to do was tell the story truthfully and reach out to people, to make a difference some how and we’ve definitely done that.
“I’m so proud of Corrie for doing this storyline, we didn’t just dip our toe in the water, we told the whole story.
"We are so proud of telling the story as it is, I think that’s the great thing about soaps, it brings important issues into people’s living rooms and gets people talking, it also helps to educate people on subjects they might not know about.”
Despite missing out on the award, Brown, who plays EastEnders' Dot Branning, was honoured with the TRIC Special Award.
Carl Kirkwood picked up her ninth gong for Weather Presenter, while Emma Bunton was crowned Digital Radio Personality.
The mother-to-be was joined by her boyfriend Josh Patterson as their pair made their first public appearance since confirming they are back together.
The couple welcomed their second child on Friday, something they deemed an “incredible blessing”.
The annual awards bash honours those in the communications industry for their work across the media.
