Yahoo News Hollyoaks affair fallout sees Neeta make a huge choice
Hollyoaks schoolteacher Neeta Kaur will be sticking with her villainous partner Mac Nightingale, despite her secret affair in Ibiza.
Neeta slept with her own student Hunter McQueen (twice!) on the recent holiday, but she ended up with cold feet and rejected the teen once again after Brody Hudson caught them in bed together at the villa.
Last night's E4 first-look episode saw Neeta (Amrit Maghera) tell Hunter that they couldn't be together, but she also revealed that she'd be ending things with Mac too once she returns home.
Tonight we'll see Neeta try her best to dump Mac as planned, but while you'll have to tune in to see exactly what happens, the doomed couple actually end up staying together after all.
This leaves us with a very messy new Hollyoaks love triangle to watch out for, as Neeta is sure to carry on feeling torn between her commitment to Mac and her forbidden feelings for Hunter.
Advance spoilers for early next month have revealed that Mac will even try to talk Neeta into starting a family with him, which is sure to be the last thing she wants under the current circumstances.
There's also the added factor that Brody is moving to the village and knows Neeta's secret, so should she be worried about him revealing everything and provoking Mac's fiery temper?
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
