Yahoo News Hollyoaks airs exits for two major characters
Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Monday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air on E4 until Tuesday.
Tonight's (July 15) Hollyoaks streaming episode saw Scott Drinkwell and Freya Calder bid farewell to the village.
Scott, who has been preparing to move to Spain, recently went missing after last being seen having a row with newcomer Jeremy.
Jeremy was then under suspicion over Scott's disappearance when Dilly found one of his shirts covered in blood.
Maxine later told Zoe and Pearl that she feared something was wrong, and when she headed to Jeremy's shed to find evidence, she heard Scott's phone ringing.

Tonight's episode began with Maxine sharing her theories with Jeremy, who was shocked to hear her accusations. He then explained that the blood on his shirt occurred after he cut himself while gardening.
"Why were you snooping around in my shed," he asked, to which Maxine replied: "Looking for my best friend who's been missing for the last two days.
"He's supposed to be moving to Spain today and there is no way he'd have left without saying goodbye to me."
After Maxine asked Jeremy about Scott's phone, he explicitly said he didn't know how it got there as he would never take a stranger to his potting shed.

Freya then interrupted the heated conversation to reveal that Scott had been in touch on a friend's phone and wanted to video call with "exciting news".
On the phone, Scott told Maxine and Freya that he was already on his way to Spain. "I am so, so sorry but you're not going to believe this, I'm about five hours away from Barcelona! I'm on a cruise and it's fabulous!" he said.
"How could you go without me?" asked Freya, with Scott replying: "I know and I feel absolutely terrible okay, but I got a last minute offer that I couldn't refuse."
Scott then explained to a concerned Maxine that his phone was left in the shed because he had slept with Jeremy before leaving.

Before ending the call, Scott arranged to meet Freya at the airport and said his goodbyes to an emotional Maxine.
"I know it's bittersweet, okay, but of all my friends and family you've given us the confidence to move on, fly the nest and do things for me now," he explained.
Later, Freya prepared to leave the village to join Scott in Spain, with the Hutchinsons and Vicky sending her off.
Meanwhile, as Jeremy arrived back at his shed, his mother Martha was lying in wait. What is she planning?
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
