Yahoo News Hollyoaks' Cindy fears for her mental health next week
Hollyoaks will air more turmoil for Cindy Cunningham as she fears that she's suffering a mental health relapse next week.
Viewers know that Cindy was diagnosed with bipolar back in 2014, but her loved ones will be left worrying that she's having another breakdown as she struggles to cope in the aftermath of her terrifying ordeal with DS Armstrong.
Cindy recently found herself at the mercy of the dodgy detective at a hotel away from the village – having been oblivious to the fact that he'd been stalking her before that.
Thankfully, Leela Lomax came to the rescue and managed to get Armstrong arrested, but the events have understandably left Cindy very shaken.
As the day of Armstrong's hearing arrives next week, Dirk will continue to worry about Cindy's mental state – especially when she appears to be having some strange visions.
Cindy is left spooked when she wakes up to see Armstrong standing over her, but when Dirk runs to her rescue, he is nowhere to be seen – leaving them to wonder if she's imagined it.
With fears for Cindy rising, DS Thorpe is also left concerned when he learns about her bipolar disorder. But is Cindy having another breakdown?
Hollyoaks airs these scenes on Thursday, August 3 and Friday, August 4 on Channel 4.
