Yahoo News Hollyoaks' Goldie prepares to go on the run next week
It looks like Hollyoaks is lining up a high-octane exit storyline for Goldie McQueen as she prepares to go on the run next week.
Upcoming scenes will see Goldie prepare to make the ultimate sacrifice for her son Prince when she realises that he could be facing a jail sentence.
Prince is about to get on the wrong side of the law when he decides to rob the Lovedays – with terrible repercussions.
As it happens, Prince's heart is in the right place with this one as he's determined to get Goldie's life savings back after discovering they've been stolen.
Seeing the Lovedays as an easy target, Prince seeks an opportunity to swipe their keys while he's in the middle of a private tutoring session with Louis.
Unfortunately, Prince's criminal actions have huge consequences when he pushes Simone to the floor as she interrupts his robbery and attempts to stop him escaping.
Fans will have to wait and see how the rest of the story unfolds, but whatever happens, Simone and Louis are planning to report Prince to the police by next week.
Goldie panics when she finds out that Hunter and Simone have gone to the police station about Prince and realises that she needs to step up to protect her son.
However, Myra is furious to hear that Goldie is considering fleeing the village instead of facing the consequences, and desperately tries to persuade her otherwise.
Myra wants Goldie to do the right thing and head to court, but will she listen? Or is she about to go on the run to protect Prince?
Either way, we do know that Chelsee Healey is taking maternity leave soon after she revealed she was expecting her first child with boyfriend Jack Molloy back in January.
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
