Hollyoaks' Gary Lucy opens up on reason for split from Laura Anderson
Hollyoaks star Gary Lucy has revealed the reason behind his his split from Love Island's Laura Anderson.
Following a whirlwind romance after meeting on Celebs Go Dating last year, the couple recently announced that they're expecting their first child together.
However, news of their split emerged shortly after, and Gary says it's because he refuses to move to Scotland with Laura.
"Laura did want me to move but I have my responsibilities here," he explained to The Sun. "I have four kids and all the things that go along with that so it's very difficult, if not impossible, to uproot at this time."

Gary shares four children Natasha Gray, who he was with for 14 years until their split in 2018.
"Having gone through a divorce, my children need me and living such a long way from them just would not be possible," he added. "I wish I could break myself in half. I would if I could."
Gary went on to clarify that he isn't looking for love anywhere else right now, before praising Laura and stressing that their baby is now their "number one priority".
"I think the world of her," he said. "She's carrying my child and I love her even more than I did before because of who she is and what she is doing. It's incredible. She's doing a wonderful job.
