Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Jordan Price faces a very uncertain future in Hollyoaks after his cousin Sid turned him in to the police.

Tuesday's (October 6) first-look episode picked up in the shocking aftermath of an unsuspecting Leela Lomax (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) being caught up in boyfriend Jordan's (Connor Calland) drug arrest.

Sid (Billy Price) and Juliet (Niamh Blackshaw) were nervous that Jordan would grass them up to police, with Juliet insisting they'd have to "sit tight and hope [they] didn't end up in the same place".

Back at the Lomax house, Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) was grappling with what she'd known about Jordan's drug dealing while her mum shared her theory that Jordan must have given Sid the drugs he'd been caught with months earlier.

Peri encouraged Leela to "go talk to Sally" about letting Sid back into school, though her mum later admitted to Courtney that she still worried for Jordan in prison.

Unbeknown to them, Sid had reached out to Sami Maalik (Rishi Nair) — who intervened to try to convince Jordan it was in his best interest to turn against drug boss Victor.

"You're looking at up to 14 years," Sami starkly warned. "But, I have dealt with this stuff before and it could all change, if you decide to help the police with their enquiries.

"If you want a chance to live a normal life, see your loved ones, I might be able to help. But the police are going to need you to talk. Ask yourself this question: Do you have anything worth fighting for?"

Meanwhile, Sid lashed out at Juliet when she gleefully pointed out that the "longer he goes down", the easier their lives will be.

"Don't say that! Don't ever say that," Sid demanded, before revealing he'd been the one to call the police.

"If he finds that out, Jules, I'm dead," Sid feared.

Sid explained that he'd grassed because Jordan had threatened to kill Juliet, telling her: "He's family, but you… I love you. You're my best mate. You know I'd do anything to you."

Juliet was blown away by Sid's "loyalty", telling him that only Romeo had ever shown such concern for her before.

"You keep your head down, you keep your mouth shut, this all goes away," Sid insisted.

Later, Sami arrived to tell the teens that Jordan refused to collaborate with the police investigation, meaning he could be behind bars for up to 14 years.

"I ain't gonna lose any sleep over it," Juliet told a shaken Sid, once Sami had left.

Just as it looked like they'd be able to move on, Sid and Juliet were confronted by Victor ordering them to get inside his ominous van.

"Somebody grassed Jordan up, and you better know who," Vic threatened.

Is this the last we've seen of Jordan, and will Victor discover what Sid has done?

Hollyoaks airs first-look episodes Mondays through Thursdays at 7pm on E4, with encore presentations airing on Channel 4 the following night at 6.30pm.
