Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Lucy-Jo Hudson's character Donna-Marie Quinn will make her grand re-entrance in next week's Hollyoaks.
Spoilers have been released in conjunction with her return to the village, which will air on
Wednesday, June 9, Thursday, June 10 and Friday, June 11 at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
So, how does it all go down?
Having obviously let it escape their memory, Courtney reminds Juliet and Peri that it's Sid's birthday, but they pretend that a surprise party has already been organised.
Later on, Peri notices a text from Juliet's mum Donna-Marie, who previously skipped town in order to overcome her drug-related struggles.
Peri goes to meet Donna-Marie in the village, with the latter begging her to help prove to Juliet that she's on the mend in rehab.
Despite her desperation to build bridges, Donna-Marie seemingly slips back into her selfish ways, which leaves Romeo in an uncomfortable position: he decides to never forgive her for the pain she's caused him and Juliet during their childhood.
Juliet must then decide whether or not she wants her mum back in her life, as Donna-Marie vows to stick around.
Does she deserve another chance?
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing at 7pm on E4.
