Hollyoaks shares first look at Strictly's AJ Pritchard on set

Hollyoaks has shared a first look at AJ Pritchard on set in his new role.

It was recently announced that the former Strictly Come Dancing pro and his Love Island star brother Curtis are joining the Channel 4 soap as twins who help Trish Minniver (Denise Welch) set up a dance school in the village.

While the names of their characters have yet to be revealed, Hollyoaks has unveiled a picture of AJ hanging out with Denise Welch on set.

The image sees AJ in costume on set with Denise standing in the background, just in front of a sign which reads 'The Trish Minniver School of Dance'.

AJ can also be seen in other pictures, which show him taking selfies behind-the-scenes of the Channel 4 soap.

While Curtis doesn't appear in the first-look images, it has been confirmed that the brothers will make their on-screen debut in the spring – though it's not yet known how long they will be sticking around in Chester for.

Their casting follows Trish rocking up in the village last month and causing havoc for her daughter Maxine (Nikki Sanderson).

Airlines have also witnessed a boost in the last week thanks to renewed passenger confidence: EasyJet sales for June, July and August have more than quadrupled in recent days, while TUI has seen reservations in Spain, Greece and Turkey rise by 600%.
