Yahoo News Hollyoaks shock as Mandy kidnaps Ella from foster care
Hollyoaks' Mandy Richardson will kidnap her daughter Ella from foster care as she reaches breaking point next week.
Mandy (Sarah Jayne Dunn) was left heartbroken when Ella was taken away by social services thanks to her fiancé Luke Morgan's biggest mistake yet.
Despite being determined to prove that she can provide a safe home for Ella, last night's first look scenes saw Mandy's efforts go to waste when Luke turned up to the meeting drunk – throwing Ella's future into jeopardy.
Next week's episodes will see Mandy struggle to cope without her daughter and later confides in Cindy that she's kidnapped Ella from foster care.
However, as reality starts to set in, Mandy is left fearing that could be big repercussions for her actions – fully aware she could get arrested if she's caught out.
Fans will have to keep watching to see if the police will catch up with Mandy, but that's not her only crime as she was recently unveiled as Warren Fox's stalker.
Mandy has been extorting cash from Warren in a desperate bid to support her struggling family, but has Mandy taken things too far with her kidnap plan? And could she lose Ella forever if she gets caught?
Hollyoaks airs weeknights at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
