Hollyoaks' Sienna lured into deadly trap by Norma

Spoilers for Hollyoaks follow.

Hollyoaks' Sienna saw herself lured into a deadly trap orchestrated by the unscrupulous Norma Crow in Monday's episodes.

The episode on October 3 started off with John Paul (James Sutton) trying to persuade Sienna (Anna Passey) to not go through with her planned murder of Norma (Glynis Barber). He implored her to phone the police instead, but Sienna argued that half of the police are likely on Norma's payroll. Sienna, resolute in her plan, then leaves and plans to recruit Ethan (Matthew Bailey) to help her.

"She sent me one of her urns and she thinks that I betrayed her. So it's either me or her, and it is not going to be me," Sienna tells Ethan, explaining that now is her only chance to kill Norma off as she is still "laid up in a private ward." However, Sienna is wary of the security team surrounding her.

From the ward, Norma speaks to Warren (Jamie Lomas) over the phone. Warren is being held prisoner and tortured, and Norma says he won't be let out anytime soon unless he starts acting like a "big boy."

Sienna and Ethan then work together to find Norma's room and disguise themselves as nurses to infiltrate Norma's private ward. Sienna takes a pillow and gets ready to suffocate a seemingly-unconscious Norma.

But the whole thing is revealed to be a trap when Norma opens her eyes and her colleague pops up behind Sienna. He injects Sienna with something and Sienna falls to the floor, knocked out. Norma smiles and the episode ends on that enormous cliffhanger.

Hollyoaks streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
