Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks' coercive control plot is going to reach a dramatic peak in upcoming scenes, as George Kiss tries to isolate John Paul McQueen further, with Sally St Claire, Theresa and Ste Hay becoming more and more concerned about his situation.
He's then going to receive some shocking news that will turn things on their head, but what exactly could it be?
Actor James Sutton didn't spill the beans to Inside Soap magazine, but he did talk about how it affects his character.
"There's a lot of really difficult stuff for John Paul after he receives this news, which will require all the love and support of his family, because the repercussions of it all will carry on for quite some time."
Despite the darkness of the storyline, James has had a good time filming the scenes with George actor Callum Kerr, stating: "It's one of the maddest weeks I think I've filmed for quite some time.
"Callum and I have worked incredibly hard. and we both really wanted to get it right and find the truth in it.
"(Fans) should hate George and they should hate what John Paul is going through... I think (George has) got the evillest, yet best jawline in soap history!"
