Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks' Sienna Blake was shocked once again by Summer Ranger's scheming tonight, as her rival's latest move left Sienna feeling more unsettled than ever.
Following on from Sienna's shock arrest in last night's episode, this evening's (April 13) E4 first-look saw Sienna (Anna Passey) released by the police for now, but she still had to face the consequences for her actions.
As Summer (Rhiannon Clements) delighted in Sienna's unexpectedly dark behaviour in an entry in her diary, Sienna went to meet up with Hollyoaks High headmaster Sally (Annie Wallace).
Unfortunately, the meeting ended in disaster when she later overheard Sienna and Liberty (Jessamy Stoddart) talking about Sienna spiking Summer's drink, leaving Sally no choice but to suspend her.
"I'm sorry, Sienna," Sally said. "I cannot employ a teacher who's facing criminal charges. You're suspended, effective immediately."
With Sienna now at rock bottom, she later ranted at Summer and Brody about everything they and their relationship has taken away from her, before Brody threatened to call the police on her once again.
"Go ahead and call them," Sienna told him. "I'm only facing a prison sentence. Sally suspended me, my own sister won't even talk to me and the man that I love thinks that I'm capable of murder.
"She has taken away everything I ever cared about, including you... She is more dangerous and more twisted than I ever was, and you're about to get your heart broke into a million pieces by a pound shop version of me."
At the end of the episode, though, Summer made another surprising move against Sienna as she revealed that she had dropped the charges, meaning Sienna won't be in any more trouble with the police.
"I'm done with the drama, Sienna," she said. "And all I want to do is focus on my future with Brody."
Later, however, when Brody was no longer around, Summer shared that the real reason she didn't want Sienna to go down for her actions is that she's having too much fun battling her – something they can't do if Sienna is behind bars.
In a final parting shot, Summer also brought up their shock kiss a few weeks ago, where Summer kissed Sienna after issuing her with a warning to stay away from her and Brody.
"If you're behind bars," Summer told her, "then I'll never get to kiss you again."
With Sienna already left feeling unsettled by Summer's remarks, what move will Summer make next?
Hollyoaks airs weekdays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first-look episodes airing at 7pm on E4.
