Hollyoaks' Toby wrongly accused of DeMarcus injury

·2-min read

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Toby Faroe will face suspicion from his family in upcoming Hollyoaks scenes.

Next week's episodes will revisit the possible jealousy between Toby and his half-brother DeMarcus over their father Felix's attention.

There is a mix of emotions within the Devereaux family as they prepare for DeMarcus to move to the village. While Toby struggles over possibly having to compete for Felix's attention, Martine is hyper-focused on making DeMarcus feel welcome as a way to distract her from her mastectomy.

Martine lines up a luncheon to celebrate DeMarcus starting at Hollyoaks High, but there are some complications because Toby has to cancel his psych evaluation for Walter's kidney donation.

Toby ends up storming out of the lunch when DeMarcus tries to break the ice with the rest of the family by teasing his half-brother.

The incident leaves both of them in a bad place. Toby has to go into his psych evaluation angry, whereas DeMarcus starts off school by getting detention.

DeMarcus causes trouble during detention, causing an accident while clashing with teacher Sienna just after she'd received an alarming text from Summer.

The Devereauxs don't believe the story DeMarcus spins to explain his injury, and soon Celeste points the finger at Toby. She shares her concerns with Felix that Toby's violent tendencies could be reemerging.

However, Toby and DeMarcus patch things up with a conversation where the student explains the true story behind his injury.

Celeste and Felix still think Toby's to blame when they confront him, leading to him blurting out the secret DeMarcus had shared with him.
