Hollywood medium Tyler Henry: ‘My reading with Mel B was profound - she had a healing experience’

Medium to the stars Tyler Henry has said that his reading with Mel B was a “profound” experience after he “connected” with her late father.

The self-proclaimed US medium, who has worked with Khloe Kardashian, Bobby Brown and Eva Longoria, claims that the former Spice Girl had a “healing experience” when she appeared on the new series of his E! show.

Following the sad death of her father Martin Brown earlier this year, the British pop star visited Henry as a “skeptic.”

“My reading with Mel was one of the most profound,” Tyler told the Standard.

“She had a father figure come through and I think she went in as bit of a skeptic. She had multiple father figures – I met with Mel B before her dad passed and after and the validations that came through for her were so emotional that I felt like she got a lot out of that experience.”

Henry, 21, added: “You kind of see the turn when she goes in as a skeptic and has a healing experience. She’s lovely, very very stoic but incredible and I felt so privileged to get to meet her.”

Despite being faced with numerous accusations of fakery, Henry maintains that he is legitimate and isn’t phased by his critics.

“I’ve done over 1000 readings and I’m still going through the process of kind of understanding my ability,” he said.

“I know I’m legitimate and my clients know I’m legit so it really doesn’t bug me actually at all.”

He added: “A lot of the clients are celebrities and in the show I never know who I’m reading or where I’m going and when the door opens that’s my first time meeting the person. I sit down with them and whatever comes through comes through.”

Speaking about the new series of the show, Henry described ‘reading’ Ru Paul as his favourite experience.

“I’d say one of my favourites was Ru Paul just because I’m such a big fan of his and he impacted me personally in a very emotional way and he’s a big inspiration in my life.”
